Bone Appetit!


Today was a long day filled with more demo, demoing, destruction, tearing down walls, demoing... And through all this dusty and messy work, I mannaged to bbq this top sirloin today. I have had it merinating for about a day in a recipie that makes Morgan sick. Pregnent women! Anyway, I put it on this shallow pan and rack and bbq'ed it at about 275F for about four hours. Yes it is well done, but it is still resonably juicy. What I like most about doing it this way is it makes the outside like tender jerkey that melts in your mouth. Everything seems to carmalize and just take on such a great flavor and texture. Most of all it went great as a sandwich for lunch. Well, happy weekend. See you tomarrow.
