The bag is in a state of fading. Yet the bag is still very crinkly. Again on the news people are claiming that these bags, though environmentally friendly, eating quietly out of them remains a neusance. My theory is that the bags composition will never let it become less noisy. Even when it becomes broken down and start to break apart it will still crinkle in your ears.
